Eligibility for refunds

- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
How to request a refund

- Provide the reason for your return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
